Quilt for Maria

Gladys Reyes is a girl in Dakota County who was hit by a car, dragged a half mile, and run over again before the driver tried to take off. She had one arm amputated and faces numerous surgeries. She was given a quilt which was made by Nanette Sutherland and signed by her friends at school. Doris Kraemer made a quilt for Gladys' friend who witnessed the accident. We decided to also make a quilt for Gladys' mother, Maria. This is the quilt; blocks were made by many members, and machine quilting was done by Diane Schotl. Thanks to Karen Asmundson and Susan Skoog for coordinating this lovely project.

This quilt is for Gladys' friend.

I love all of your quilts. You are a very talented guild!

I especially love the quilt for Maria. What is the pattern called or where can I find it?
